Host Contests and Competitions!

People love competing. It gives them a chance to win something. Every once and a while throw a contest. And print simple flyers, (you can do just a computer printout and then photocopy as many as you need) and distribute them to people in your neighbourhood.

Each flyer should have a picture of a football field, details on how to enter the competition and information of your shop location and why readers should choose your shop versus the others run by competitors.

If your shop is big enough or you have space, then host it around your premises. You can also partner with a football viewing centre and use their space in exchange for encouraging people to become their customers too, or you can even add details about them and their offers on the same flyer you distribute.
